We’ve got exciting news—the plans for this home transformation are officially approved! That means we’re rolling up our sleeves and getting to work. Demolition and trenching are already underway, setting the stage for some big changes. This home is about to get a serious upgrade, and we can’t wait to share the journey with you.

Demo & Trenching: The Real Work Begins

The first step? Clearing out the old to make room for the new. Demolition is in full swing as we remove outdated spaces and prepare for a bigger, more functional kitchen, expanded bedrooms, modern bathrooms, and walk-in closets. It’s always exciting to see the space open up, knowing it’s going to be completely transformed.

At the same time, we’ve started trenching to lay the foundation for key utility upgrades—think electrical, plumbing, and a brand-new central air and heating system. These behind-the-scenes improvements are just as important as the big design elements, making sure the home is comfortable and efficient for years to come.
